- Defective/damaged items (report within 7 days)
- Incorrect items received
Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale items (marked at purchase)
- Undergarments & swimwear (hygiene reasons)
- Customized/monogrammed pieces
2. How to Return

- Print prepaid return label (U.S. orders only)
- Ship items back within 14 days

- Original payment: 5–7 business days after inspection
- Store credit: Immediate (+10% bonus)
- Exchange: Free size/color swap (if available)
4. Condition Requirements
Items must:
- Be in original packaging
- Have no stains, odors, or damage
- Include all tags & accessories
5. International Returns
- Customer pays return shipping
- Refund excludes original shipping costs
- May incur customs fees
